શનિવાર તા. 11 જુલાઈના રોજ ભરૂચના BDMA સેમિનાર હોલ ખાતે ઇન્ડિયન સોસાયટી ફોર ટ્રેનિંગ એન્ડ ડેવલપમેન્ટ ભરૂચ ચેપ્ટર દ્વારા યોજાયેલ સેમિનારમાં માનવેન્દ્ર ફાઉન્ડેશનના ડાયવર્સિટી એન્ડ ઇન્ક્લુઝન નિષ્ણાત રાધિકા નંદગિરિએ HR પ્રોફેશનલ્સ, ઉદ્યોગ જગત અને વિદ્યાર્થીઓને સંબોધ્યા હતા.

તેમણે જણાવ્યું કે ડાયવર્સિટી, ઇક્વિટી અને ઇન્ક્લુઝન માત્ર સામાજિક જવાબદારી નહીં, પરંતુ સંસ્થાની સફળતાનો આધાર છે.કાર્યક્રમ દરમિયાન કાર્યસ્થળ પરના અજાણતા પૂર્વગ્રહો, મહિલાઓ અને ટ્રાન્સજેન્ડર સમુદાય સામેના પડકારો તેમજ સૌને સમાન તક અને સન્માન મળે તે માટે જરૂરી પગલાં અંગે માર્ગદર્શન આપવામાં આવ્યું. આ પ્રસંગે રાધિકા નંદગિરિએ 'BELONG' મોડલ રજૂ કરીને વધુ સમાનતાપૂર્ણ અને સર્વસમાવેશક કાર્યસ્થળ નિર્માણ માટે નાના પરંતુ અસરકારક પગલાં ભરવા સંસ્થાઓને અપીલ કરી.
